Three Thunder Bay Rinks are now entered into the Northern Ontario
Tankard to be held at the beginning of February in Nipigon. Trevor Bonot
booked his spot by going 4-1 in the six team round robin tournament at
the Port Arthur Curling Club. Bryan Burgess and Jeff Currie claimed the
final two berths by posting records of 3-2. Rinks who are on the outside
looking in will have one more chance to qualify in two weeks in
Keewatin.
