New crossing for Lakehead proposed
A new Oliver Road traffic light is being proposed to help L-U students reach the Health Sciences Centre on foot.
The new light would make it easier for students living in residence to get medical attention. Also, nursing students frequently need to cross back and forth between both locations
LUSU president Mike Snoddon along with representative from Lakehead will present the idea to city council at Monday's meeting.
