Mishkeegogamang House Fire Update
The Nishnawbe-Aski Police service is confirming that four body's have been found inside of a home after a house fire in the community of Mishkeegogamang late last week. Nearly a half dozen agencies were involved in the investigation which is still ongoing. The post mortem examinations will be conducted in Toronto later this week.

Winterfest At Prince Arthur's Landing
Today marks the 2nd annual Winterfest! The event takes place from 1 this afternoon until 8 this evening at the Mariners Hall at Prince Arthur's Landing. Event Spokesperson Megan Shanks says there will be a variety of events including snow sculpting, snow castles and fireworks to end the evening. This years event is celebrating 100 years of play in Thunder Bay.

Water Leak Downtown P.A
Police are currently directing traffic following a water leak from a building on Park and Cumberland. High water levels were reported on Park Street, South Cumberland and parts of South Water Street this morning. The leak has been stopped but roads remain in slick conditions. City crews are also on scene.
House Fire On Walkover Street
Thunder Bay Fire Services are investigating the cause of an early morning house fire on Walkover Street. Crews responded to the blaze around 3 o'clock and quickly contained it, however there was extensive damage to the home. The fire started in the basement and burned through the main floor. No one was home and two family cats were saved.
