City police are investigating a two for one impaired accident this morning. Police at around 2:30 a pick up lost control at the corner of Rowand and Simpson street and hit a lamp post, decorative bell and a house. Officers say the driver couldn't get the vehicle free so the passenger started driving the truck. Officers arrested a man and woman and charged them with impaired driving. Thursday, December 16, 2010
