Northern Development Minister Michael Gravelle says 8.6 million dollars is being used to offer training programs to First Nations. 16.6 million dollars will be used to improve cell service in the far north, and almost 5 million will go towards providing natural gas service to Red Lake, Balmertown and Cochenour.
