Warrant issued for Alberta man

The OPP have released the name of the flagman who was hit by a car on the highway Monday.  23 year old Jake Dumas is in Thunder Bay Hospital with serious injuries.  Officers have also issued a warrant for 23 year old Edmonton man, Ibrahim Sendagire who is believed to have been driving the car that hit Dumas.  Police are once again telling drivers not to pick up hitchhikers between Marathon and Terrace Bay.
