Sentencing proceedings are taking place today at the Camelot Street courthouse for a city man who pleaded guilty to a charge of manslaughter last year. 19 year old Nicholas Webber also pleaded guilty to break in and robbery charges in connection with the 2011 death of 54 year old Robert Topping.
