They will charge slightly less for local delivery of electricity used, with the residential customer charge going down by 1.5 percent or about 36 cents on a monthly bill.Small business customer charges from Thunder Bay Hydro will decrease by just over 15-percent which amounts to about 9 dollars and 72 cents on a typical bill.
