Warm up to prevent injury during spring yard cleanup
When you head out to get the spring cleaning done, its a good idea to warm up to prevent injury. Doctor James DiGiuseppe at the Port Arthur Chiropractic Centre says yard work is a vigorous activity and shouldn't be taken lightly.
