A 22 year old woman has been charged in connection with yesterday's early morning hit and run. Traffic Sergeant Glen Porter says the driver turned her self into police yesterday evening. An 18 year old girl is in hospital in serious condition after she was hit by a car while walking across Leslie street just before 3 o'clock.
