A 20 year old Thunder Bay man is dead after his pick up truck crashed into a dump truck on Highway 11/17 last week. Justin John Dickey was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident in Shuniah Township. Police are still looking for anyone who may have witnessed the collision.Wednesday, May 11, 2011
