Its the 71st anniversary of the enlistment for members of Lake Superior Regiment. On Sunday there was the memorial service for veterans at Hillcrest park, commemorating lives that were lost at war. Fallen soldiers were honoured by removal of poppies and a salute followed by a moment of silence.
