The Ministry of Labour is in Terrace Bay investigating a fatal explosion at Buchanan's pulp mill. The name of the deceased is being withheld until the family can be notified. Spokesperson William Lin says the scene of Monday's accident is closed and so far no work orders have been issued. A blow tank exploded killing one and injuring two others.
