Waterloo Street is now open to traffic. Just before 11:00 a.m. police say a car and a pick up truck collided on Waterloo Street at Arthur. Detective Constable Robert Miller says the drivers of the two vehicles have been taken to hospital. The 83 year old driver of the car is in critical condition in the local hospital. The 66 year old woman driver of the truck was treated and released. Police are looking for any witnesses who may have seen the collision. Thursday, July 5, 2012
