Two Thunder Bay police detectives will find out their fate
at a Police Services Hearing set for October 23rd. The adjudicator in the case
hear both sides argue what the penalties for the officers should be ranging from
a reprimand to docked pay. Detective William Wowchuck and Detective Constable
Brad Bernst were found guilty of Unlawful Use Of Authority in connection with
