city's south side after the latest fire on Empire Avenue which destroyed a
garage. Fire investigator Paul Abernathy says it's just the latest in a string
of arson fires in that south side area over the last few months. Abernathy
believes the same person is involved in all the incidents.

There's concern that an arsonist is loose on the
city's south side after the latest fire on Empire Avenue which destroyed a
