A Thunder Bay business man who plead guilty to assault will not have a
criminal record. 36 year old Brian Hamilton was given an absolute
discharge following an incident where he poured chocolate milk on
anti-abortion protesters in the Bay and Algoma area last June. Hamilton
did receive a scolding from Justice Baig in court but sighted his lack
of a criminal record and the fact that he's taking counselling for her
decision.
